Why a Curriculum Vitae? When looking for a new job or unemployed, a professional CV is essential. Its purpose: to help you secure an interview; get your foot in the door. An excellent CV highlights your potential. A powerful, two-page document containing concise relevant and factual information all tailored to your personal profile. It demonstrates your strengths and forthcoming, positive contribution to any employer. It must stand out loudly amongst many CVs and speak volumes about your capabilities. All this in your absence, before AND after the interview. A well-structured CV will include vital information leaving out material that simply must never be included. Occasionally, the inclusion of some information may be down to personal choice. We have produced CVs for a range of careers and host an exhaustive list of clients who have deposited their CV with MFBS. Our CV-Bank is easily accessible each time careers change and CV updates are required quickly. By responding promptly to advertisements and opportunities our clients have a competitive edge. We have provided Functional CVs, Chronological CVs and Chrono-Functional CVs. Variation CVs may also be produced when clients are seeking new careers or multiple-directions. At MFBS we offer three services. Our Bronze Service A word processed CV provided by yourself to be regenerated by MFBS. Our Bronze Service offers a well-presented, word processed CV and includes two bound copies on good quality materials. Our Silver Service A word processed CV provided by yourself to be regenerated by MFBS. Prior to being word processed our Consultant will quickly appraise your CV for inconsistencies and offer some advice on content. Please note this is not a full consultancy offered with our Gold Service. Our Silver Service offers a well-presented, word processed CV and includes two bound copies on good quality materials. Our Gold Service Our clients are invited to attend a small interview. Our Consultant will evaluate your personal profile by completing our CV Appraisal Form. This will assist our Consultant to ensure all essential aspects of your career to-date are covered and important information is included. If you do have a current CV we would ask you to bring that along with you to the interview. This will assist our Consultant during the appraisal process. Our CV Appraisal Form may unearth some areas in your personal profile that are missing or inconsistent. It is usual in circumstances such as this for our clients to either telephone or email their findings so that we may then be able to incorporate this information and prepare a draft copy of your CV. Once you have received your draft copy, we would ask you to read this very carefully for content and accuracy. As soon as we have received any amendments you may have, we will then produce your final copy. A well-presented, word processed CV. Our Gold Service includes two bound copies on good quality materials. Be Organised! Be Prepared! Everyone's circumstances are different depending upon each client's differing profiles. We advise our clients to always have a current CV to hand and start building foundations in readiness for that interview. If, unfortunately, you have been made redundant, find yourself unemployed or you have just seen the perfect job for you, a current CV will be at your disposal immediately. Producing an excellent CV takes time. Give yourself the gift of time and a tool to enable you to set foot in the door. Price Structure CVs are based on personal profiles and are tailored to our client's individual requirements. Our clients may choose either our Bronze, Silver or Gold Service. We can provide copies of your CV on CD-ROM, Floppy Disk or by EMail. Extra bound or loose copies may also be provided at your request.
